Hawzah News Agency- Speaking at the Jamia Masjid Ali in Lahore, Hojatoleslam Naqvi stated that the Abraham Accord is fundamentally a plan designed to insult Islam and that no Islamic country should ever accept it. The agreement, he argued, was not crafted in the interest of the Islamic Ummah but rather to consolidate the position of the Zionist regime and normalize relations with it. He therefore called on Muslim nations and governments to remain vigilant in confronting it.
The Pakistani scholar went on to condemn the silence of certain leaders of Islamic countries in response to the demands and pressures exerted by Donald Trump. He noted that nations approached by Trump with requests have practically adopted no clear stance and have not uttered a single word. He cautioned that some media outlets attempt to portray this silence as a form of opposition, whereas such an interpretation is incorrect. Silence, he warned, can signal consent, and in such situations, remaining mute can easily be perceived as tacit approval or passive complicity.
The Vice President of Wifaq al-Madaris al-Shia Pakistan further asserted that America seeks to impose the Zionist regime of Israel upon the Islamic world, but this project will never succeed. "If you and I remain alive, God willing, we shall soon witness the end of this usurping Zionist regime," he declared.
In a scathing critique of American policy and Donald Trump personally, Hojatoleslam Naqvi stated that Trump behaves as though he considers himself in the position of a deity, declaring that such-and-such a country now belongs to America or that his preferred government has been installed somewhere.
The Pakistani religious expert said America claims it can prevent bloodshed and massacre, but the reality is that the establishment of peace or the fueling of insecurity in any country depends largely on America's own will and interests.
He added that in America's view, everything is an instrument of power. Democracy and monarchy both sit comfortably in its pocket. Whenever it wishes, it labels an individual or group as terrorists. Whenever it deems necessary, it brings the same individual or movement to power. And whenever it decides, it removes them from power. In his words, this dual and self-serving policy is one of the clearest hallmarks of America's hegemonic behavior.
To illustrate this point, the Vice President of Wifaq al-Madaris al-Shia Pakistan pointed to the cases of Venezuela and Syria, arguing that a close examination of what has transpired in these countries reveals the true nature of this policy.
He further referred to an individual who, he said, had desecrated the holy shrines of Lady Zainab (peace be upon her), Lady Ruqayya (peace be upon her), Lady Fizza, and Lady Sakina (peace be upon her). The US president, he noted, recently admitted, "We installed this very person in power in Syria; he is our man."
In concluding his remarks, Hojatoleslam Sayyid Murid Hussain Naqvi also addressed the situation in certain Arab states. He observed that monarchical systems are in place in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, and Kuwait, and America has no problem whatsoever with these forms of government. Yet whenever it decides to attack a country or orchestrate a propaganda campaign against it, it suddenly raises the issue of a "lack of democracy." He noted that while monarchies have existed in many Arab countries for decades, America not only refrains from protesting but even portrays these regimes as democratic or desirable when it suits its interests. He stressed that whenever America wills it, it can topple those very same governments.
